Defaults: If there is no year instructed for engraving, we will default to using 2024. If a personalized option is selected and no instructions are provided, we will message you concerning the personalization. If we do not hear back within 72 hours, we will refund you the difference between the personalized and plain option, and send a plain DD-214 ornament with the year 2024.
